Manuel Dienhart

Manuel Dienhart is a Principal of BBH based in Luxembourg. He serves as Transfer Agency Product Executive and Global Head of TA. In this role, Manuel is passionate about delivering a best-in-class investor experience to our clients and their investors, helping to enable global distribution and growth while maintaining the highest standards of risk management. Manuel has strong beliefs on how global distribution and investors satisfaction requires a continuous investment into a superior global technology platform and a fully integrated global service model operated by a team of deep subject matter experts. Manuel has held a number of senior roles across BBH in Boston, Dublin, and Luxembourg, and has been actively involved in growing the firm’s funds business across Alternatives, ETFs, and traditional funds globally.

He is a Director on the Board of Brown Brothers Harriman Fund Administration Services Ireland and is a Member of the Authorized Management and a Director on the Board of Directors of BBH Luxembourg.

Manuel was previously CEO of BBH Fund Administration Services Ireland and headed up the Client Service Group for Alternative, ETF, and traditional funds at BBH Boston, as well as BBH’s U.S. Transfer Agency business. Prior to joining the firm, Manuel worked for five years in various roles at an asset manager in Luxembourg and three years at the local savings bank in Germany where he started his professional career.
