Caitlin O'Brien leads the Bank Relations and Distribution group within Corporate Advisory & Banking. She is responsible for covering relationships with bank and non-bank investors and identifying risk sharing partners to participate in Brown Brothers Harriman agented credit facilities. In addition to covering investor relationships, she works directly with Corporate Banking clients and prospects on the structuring and execution of the Brown Brothers Harriman-led credit facilities.

Prior to establishing the Bank Relations and Distribution desk, Caitlin was a relationship manager within the Commodities & Logistics group. Prior to that, Caitlin was a member of the Corporate Credit team, focused on credit and risk management within the corporate banking portfolio. Before joining the Multi-Family Office of BBH, she held a number of positions within the Investor Services business in the Boston, Luxembourg, and Krakow offices.  

Caitlin received a B.A. in Spanish from Union College.
