- Mentorship program: The BBH Undergraduate Mentorship Program (BUMP) is offered in the United States and aims to increase exposure to the financial services industry for underrepresented communities from a variety of backgrounds. College sophomores who are first-generation college students, receive assistance with resume development, interview preparation, and professional networking while learning about a career in Private Banking and Investment Management. - Co-ops: In partnership with local universities, BBH offers six-month, paid co-op positions throughout the organization. Learn what it’s like to be a BBHer and become part of our team while we help prepare you for a full-time role after graduation.
