Lynn Welch Watson, CFP^®

As a Senior Trust Officer at Brown Brothers Harriman Trust Company of Delaware, N.A., Lynn Welch Watson collaborates with Wealth Planners, Relationship Managers, intermediaries, and centers of influence to assist in the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of sophisticated wealth transfer strategies that permit clients to achieve their global financial goals consistent with their values.

Prior to joining the firm, she was self-employed, providing administrative financial and tax services to elderly clients. She acted as a consultant to a wealth management firm to complete the tax analysis of its clients’ wealth management plan proposals. Lynn is an active member of the Delaware Bankers Association (DBA) Trust Committee, with a focus on three educational initiatives. She is one of the individual founders of the University of Delaware’s Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics Trust Management Minor and continues to be an active member of the Trust Management Minor Advisory Board. Lynn is also a founding Committee Member of DBA Women Connect. She also served as an active member on the DBA's annual Delaware Trust Conference for 10 years.

Lynn holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), and Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) designations. She received a B.A. in economics from Hamilton College.
