Gregory Steier

Greg Steier is the Co-Head of the Fixed Income team and the lead Portfolio Manager for municipal bonds at BBH. He also has day-to-day oversight responsibility for BBH’s tax-managed equity strategy and helped establish the fixed income quantitative research team. Prior to his current role, Greg held a range of portfolio management, trading, and research roles in both the taxable and tax-exempt sectors of the firm.

He is an active member of BBH’s Asset Liability Committee, for which he developed a firmwide interest rate risk management system. Greg is also a member of the Asset Management Risk Oversight Committee and chairs the firm’s Valuation Oversight Committee.

Greg received a B.S. in accounting and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
