We are proud to announce that BBH was recognized by the Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability:IN as a Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion. BBH joins over 200 award recipients across industries to earn this recognition, scoring 80% on the 2020 Disability Equality Index (DEI).

The Disability Equality Index (DEI) is a national, transparent benchmarking tool that offers businesses an opportunity to self-report their disability inclusion policies and practices. It was developed by two national leaders, American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD) and Disability:IN, in consultation with the appointed DEI Advisory Committee, a diverse group of experts in business, policy, and disability advocacy. BBH is a proud partner of Disability:IN, the leading nonprofit resource for business disability inclusion worldwide. The relationship enables us to better understand the unique needs of the disability community, share our experience with other companies, provide philanthropic support, and deliver development opportunities.
