Boston, MA, October 12, 2021 – Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH), today announced the successful deployment of Infuse Transfer Agency (“Infuse TA”), to its Transfer Agency clients. Infuse TA is a digital experience integrated into BBH’s Infuse® client portal providing clients with a single view, in real time, of their entire investor onboarding process and shareholder register. Launched in 2020, over 60 asset managers distributing globally now have access to Infuse TA.
“There is a critical need in the TA industry for a single source of real-time data.” said Manuel Dienhart, Managing Director and Global Head of BBH’s TA. “After multiple years’ of planning and development, to launch Infuse TA and hear phrases like ‘game changer’ from our clients has been a fantastic validation of our technology strategy. We continue to focus on enhancing the asset manager and investor experience, which in return enables our clients’ growth.”
This new experience provides transfer agency clients with the following benefits:
- Provides greater transparency with a real-time view of the status of investor account openings, risk ratings, AML controls and applicable AML requirements
- Delivers efficiencies for investor relations and operations teams, helping them service investors more proactively
- Enhances oversight of the account opening process to ensure a smoother experience for investors, and better reporting for management and Boards
