Boston, MA, June 25, 2024 - Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. (BBH) today announced it has strategically added to its Infomediary Data Solutions sales and relationship team in the United States and Europe. The growth of the team follows BBH’s recent announcement of its expanded suite of data solutions aimed at streamlining the operating models of asset managers, asset owners, and financial institutions.
Laura Ghaemian joins BBH as a senior sales manager in Europe, Reed Apfelbaum as a sales lead in the U.S., and Jessica Sacco as a relationship manager in the U.S.

Based in London, Laura Ghaemian brings extensive industry experience to BBH, having spent the last 17 years at Northern Trust, where she held various senior level roles across relationship management and business development. Most recently, she worked as a senior consultant to asset owners and managers, supporting their investment decision making and oversight – including their implementation and use of data, analytics, and technology solutions.
Reed Apfelbaum joins BBH in the Boston office, having spent the majority of his career at State Street Corporation where he was most recently responsible for the State Street Alpha strategic partner and acquisition program. Reed also held positions in Foreign Exchange Sales and Trading in both the U.S. and Hong Kong.
Jessica Sacco re-joins BBH in Boston from Nixon Peabody Trust Company, where she led the business management function. Prior to this, Jessica spent 12 years at BBH, most recently as a Relationship Manager in the Investor Services business. Prior, Jess worked in BBH’s technology division and was a team leader in Fund Accounting Services where she helped establish the Central Pricing function in Krakow.
